During last 25 years of relentless efforts, Gramonnati Sansthan has reached up to 6,200 households from 30 villages. So far it has formed 150 different kinds of community based organisations like women's groups, self help groups, farmers’ groups, etc., with approximately 35,000 community members.

It works on some issue which effects crag area of Bundelkhand like women exploitation, environmental degradation and land.
